Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.

Order Cancellation & Refused Deliveries

- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped  
- If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, it will be returned to us  

Important:
- Shipping and handling fees may apply for re-delivery  
- Repeated refused orders may result in restriction from future Cash on Delivery orders  

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

- Customer unavailability  
- Incorrect address  
- No response  

The order will be returned to us.

Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
