🚫 Order Cancellation & Refused Deliveries

* Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
* If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, it will be returned to Shazame Online Seller.

Important:

* Shipping and handling fees may apply for re-delivery.
* Repeated refused orders may result in restriction from future Cash on Delivery orders.

🚫 Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

* Customer unavailability
* Incorrect address
* No response

The order will be returned to Shazame Online Seller.

Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
